Aaron,
Just catching up on your Auctioneer Tech podcast. Some great articles and the information was first rate. I enjoyed the Auction Wally information and followed the links all the way through to a variety of stories. I used the i list for an auction that is currently up and running on our website www.abalauction.com. It worked great. I actually got two phone calls which I think is a minor miracle in my area. Craigslist was a bigger payoff.
I have worked and generated a lot of referrals for the two current auctions by wording the listing differently. Also, I have about a dozen bogus Gmail accounts that have so far been successful in throwing off my brother and his spam. He can't find me if it doesn't say abal.
In case your listeners and readers are wondering, and they should be, having been a student in your ATS class in Charleston you did a an exceptional job as one of the two presenters. The other beingf Robert Mayo from Kansas City who did an equally great job. The two of you have done a masterful job in presenting the course. I hope that you received a copy of the e-mail letter I sent to Harlan recognizing and commending both of you for the fine work.

I'm still going to the list when you critiqued my website but I have already made several changes. Thank you very much. The hardest so far going through my provider Auction Services deals with the blog entry on my website. I probably send an e-mail to make sure I'm doing it correctly.
Keep up the good work.
Joe Abal
